The Healing with the Season series is a set of classes wherein we explore the outer, inner, and secret elements. We will look at these elements through the eyes of the 24 Qi Nodes that define the seasons according to the Chinese lunar calendar. We will discuss how to calibrate and synchronize our qi with Nature by working with the elemental qualities of conduct, practice, food, medicine, and environment. In this way, we can extract its lessons and virtues, and become fully alive connecting to the body’s innate intelligence and skillful means. During our break, we will try a couple of dishes that are infused with seasonal herbs that we have discussed during class to illustrate how food can be medicine
