Have you wondered how hydrosols and essential oils are made? This hands on class offers the opportunity to learn the process first hand. We will spend the morning discussing the healing properties of hydrosols and their use. After a short lecture all students will participate in the distillation process using a copper alembic still to distill and harvest hydrosol and essential oil. Each participant will go home with samples of the hydrosol and essential oil we make.
